How to collect troubleshooting information for the Zivver Chrome Extension?

Cause

You want to have diagnostic information after you get unexpected behavior. You want to share that information with Zivver Support.

Answer

1. In Chrome, go to chrome://extensions.
   
2. Enable Developer mode.
   
3. Open the Background page. A pop-up opens It keeps track of everything that happens in the background of the Chrome extension.
   
4. Open the Console tab.
   
5. Reproduce the issue in the Chrome extension, while you keep the Console tab open.

Now you can paste the Console logs from the Console tab in a document.
