The steps below explain how to verify the value of the ZivverAccountKey attribute in Entra ID.

Does your organization use a different Identity Provider for Single Sign-on than Microsoft Entra ID? Please contact Zivver Support for assistance.

Procedure

1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
2. Search for Enterprise applications and select it.
3. In the Enterprise applications page, search for Zivver and select the SSO application.
4. Under Manage, select Single sign-on.
5. In the Attributes & Claims card, verify the value of the ZivverAccountKey attribute.
   • If the value is user.objectid, you can proceed with the Cloud Sync setup.
   • If the value is something else, contact Zivver Support for assistance.
